摘要

公用事业公司正在考虑在不久的将来采用电网发展的指导方针,更广为人知的是智能电网。实现这一演进的一个重要途径是改进电表管理,并在先进的计量基础设施的支持下植入需求响应和需求控制程序。本文以哥伦比亚西南部一家大型公用事业公司部署先进的计量基础设施系统为起点,介绍了为迈向智能电网的第一步建立有利环境的考虑。提出了基于无线局域网和ZigBee的通信体系结构设计,并对网络模型进行了性能评估。
