The purpose of the research is to discuss the impact of the restaurant industry on the sustainability of the environment. This review paper is based on primary data like observations, interviews, and secondary data which is mentioned in various reports, newspapers, journals, books, and websites. This research paper starts with the different negative impact of the restaurant industry on the environment and end with how we can reduce these impacts to sustain the environment.
