Particularly intensive theoretical research in this direction has been carried out over the past 10 years at I. Vekua Sokhumi Institute of Physics and Technology and at Sokhumi State University. Many works have been published in reputable journals, in which the contradictions and absurdity of some of the concepts ingrainedin modern gas and hydrodynamics have been shown, and ways to overcome them have been indicated. Despite of this, these works did not receive proper feedback from the scientific communityand it can be explained by the conservatism of thinking of specialists in this field of physics.
