摘要

目的:采用问卷法测量个体的意识商。研究了文化智力与组织工作绩效的关系。结果:本研究对意识商的概念有了新的认识。本文通过对数据的综合分析,有助于了解文化商对高校员工工作绩效的影响。目前的模型是为了观察员工在工作中如何感受到联系而建立的。结论:意识商对组织员工的工作绩效具有正相关关系和正向影响。为了观察变量的影响,本文应用了各种统计技术,如相关、回归、t检验、方差分析。
