Decision Support Activate ASE by Developing Tradable Murabaha Sukuk with System to inform Its Real Value

This paper suggests support decision to activate ASE by developing tradable Murabaha Sukuk as financial paper with system to inform its real value. It analysis Sukuk experiences in ASE by use SWOT. The results show that listed Sukuk was activating ASE as strength point but there is no tradable Sukuk in ASE, also, there are many Islamic companies can possibility produce or deal with tradable Sukuk as strength point, on other hand, there is gap between financial paper real prices and its dealing by market price in ASE because of accepted ignorance by law as weakness point. The recommendation concentrates on ASE activity based to the suggestion in order to avoid this gap. It shows the system requirements to success suggestion as solution to face accepted ignorance in Jordanian law types and get speculators trust.
