摘要

敏捷供应链管理(ASCM)日益成为企业增强竞争优势的一种有效而重要的手段,企业需要敏捷信息系统的支持来更有效、快速地整合其供应链。为了帮助企业在供应链管理和集成中实现敏捷性,提出了一个敏捷供应链特征模型,通过预测实际需求和选择合适的特征来实现敏捷性。本文主要研究汽车行业分销系统的敏捷性,特别是汽车经销商的敏捷性,经销商是汽车企业的主要分销渠道。因此,本文展示了敏捷性如何影响汽车工业的集成分销链管理和汽车经销商的响应式供应链管理。
