摘要

为了保证船舶通过港口通道的安全,提高通道的运输效率,通过对影响因素的分析,建立了船舶安全航速控制模型。该模型充分考虑了航道尺寸、自然环境和船舶操纵性对船舶安全航速的影响。最后以散货船为研究对象,结合具体渠道进行了案例分析。分析了船舶安全航速随各影响因素的变化规律,确定了船舶通过港口通道的安全航速范围。计算结果与实际操作一致。
