Thus, the aim of this work was to evaluate the current state of supply of microgreen vegetables. In the research carried out, supermarkets were distributed in most areas of the city, with 56.25% located in the central-south area and the others distributed in the central-west areas (6.25%), north (6.25%), east (6.25%) and west (25.00%). The arugula and radish are the most frequently offered, while coriander is the least commercialized.
