The traditional education and teaching methods have been difficult to meet the requirements of the times. In order to explore the teaching reform of biochemistry experiment course in medical colleges, this paper proposes a grouping experiment method of biochemistry experiment course based on grid sorting. Grading system is established through grid grading, so that students can be grouped reasonably. 100 medical students from class 1801 and class 1802 in a medical college were selected for the experiment. Class 1801 adopted the traditional teaching method, and 1802 classes were grouped according to grid sorting and self-experiment. The results showed that the scores of students in class 1802 were significantly higher than those in class 1801 in both medical theory and clinical operation skills. 摘要

时代在进步,学生的思想也在变化。传统的教育教学方法已经难以适应时代的要求。为了探索医学院校生物化学实验课的教学改革,提出了一种基于网格排序的生物化学实验课分组实验方法。通过网格分级建立评分体系,对学生进行合理分组。选取某医学院1801班和1802班的100名医学生进行实验。1801班采用传统的教学方法,1802班按照网格排序和自我实验进行分组。结果表明,1802班学生在医学理论和临床操作技能两方面的得分均显著高于1801班学生。由此可见,提出的基于网格排序的医学院校生物化学实验课分组实验方案能够调动学生的学习积极性,与传统教学方法相比具有明显的优势。
