The traditional education and teaching methods have been difficult to meet the requirements of the times. In order to explore the teaching reform of biochemistry experiment course in medical colleges, this paper proposes a grouping experiment method of biochemistry experiment course based on grid sorting. Grading system is established through grid grading, so that students can be grouped reasonably. 100 medical students from class 1801 and class 1802 in a medical college were selected for the experiment. Class 1801 adopted the traditional teaching method, and 1802 classes were grouped according to grid sorting and self-experiment. The results showed that the scores of students in class 1802 were significantly higher than those in class 1801 in both medical theory and clinical operation skills.
