The designs of test devices used for testing standard motors and stationary systems with minimal mechanical losses are considered. In order to simulate mechanical loading of a mechanism with mechanical characteristics of radial type and with the properties of torque constancy, the systems of electric generator load control are proposed. Applying of a special generator control cascade scheme provides the constancy of load torque in the change of angular speed in range from zero to the maximum value.
