本文采用综述法，对胡志明市残疾儿童行为文化研究进行综述。本文主要从行为文化研究综述、指导职场行为文化的法律文件、残疾儿童行为相关研究三个方面展开论述。据此，本文明确了胡志明市残疾儿童行为文化研究的成果、局限性以及存在的不足。
