摘要

分布式电源的接入增加了配电网节点电压跨越极限的可能性。节点有功负荷和无功负荷的变化会引起节点电压的变化,也会对系统的网损产生影响。在此基础上,利用虚拟电厂(VPP)对配电网区域节点下的可调资源进行聚合,构建了以降低系统网损和提高电压水平为目标的区域VPP优化运行模型。最后,通过改进的IEEE 33总线配电网在区域自治和上给定输出计划两种情况下对该模型进行了验证,结果表明VPP有助于提高配电网的电压水平,降低系统的网络损耗。
