Magnetoelectric structure of Metglas/GaAs/Metglas is most effective convert of magnetic energy at frequencies from 40 to 150 kHz, where output voltage equal of 3 V and current of 2 rnA at the output from the conversion unit. The output voltage was 5 V at frequencies from 95 to 105 kHz.
