摘要

本文提出了应用于三电平三相NPC逆变器的几种DC-DC变换器的仿真分析,同时驱动负载转矩与速度的平方成正比的感应电动机。目的是确定适合可再生能源提供的农村应用的实际解决办法。提出了两种拓扑结构。通过PSCAD/EMTDCtrade仿真进行了分析,结果表明所提出的解决方案在实际应用中是有效的。
