IDENTIFIKASI SUSTAINABLE DEVELOMPENT GOALS DALAM PENCEGAHAN PENANGGULANGAN LIMBAH MEDIS COVID-19 DAN REGULASI PERDA BANDAR LAMPUNG NOMOR 05 TAHUN 2015

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini merupakan peninjauan keefektifan pengelolaan limbah medis di masa pandemi dengan menggunakan matching indikator SDGs terhadap kesesuaian regulasi otonomi daerah Bandar Lampung, subjek penelitian ini adalah kebijakan pemerintah daerah Bandar Lampung mengenai pengelolaan limbah, sesuai dengan penerapan sistem SDGs untuk mencapai tingkat pembangunan berkelanjutan. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa regulasi keefektifan pengelolaan limbah medis di daerah Bandar Lampung berdasarkan Perda Bandar Lampung nomor 05 tahun 2015 tentang Lingkungan Hidup, bahwa peraturan yang ada di daerah Bandar Lampung belum sesuai dengan penerapan sistem SDGs dikarenakan beberapa faktor seperti kurangnya data dan tempat pengelolaan atau pembuangan akhir sampah yang kurang sesuai dengan tujuan SDGs. Maka hal ini regulasi pengelolaan limbah di bandar lampung perlu disesuaikan dengan ketetapan SDGs. Kata Kunci: Limbah Medis; SDGs; Peraturan Daerah.   ABSTRACT This research is a review into the effectiveness of medical waste management during this pandemic by using matching indicators of SDGs to the conformity of the regulation of autonomy of Bandar Lampung region, the subject of this study is the policy of the local government of Bandar Lampung on waste management regulation, by the application of SDGs system to achieve the level of sustainable development. The results of this study show that the regulation of the effectiveness of medical waste management in Bandar Lampung area based local regulations No. 05 of 2015 on the environment, that the existing regulations in the Bandar Lampung area are not following the implementation of the SDGs system due to several factors such as lack of data and the place of management or waste disposal that is not by the objectives of SDGs.
