摘要

本文对采用分式、槽式集中绕组的低速、大转矩直驱永磁同步电动机的主要性能进行了评价。采用有限元方法研究了槽极组合对气隙磁通密度、齿槽转矩和效率的影响。给出了低速大转矩永磁电机槽极组合选择和电机结构的设计原则。提出了低转速、高转矩、直驱永磁同步电机(400W/45rpm/90N·m)槽极组合的优化设计结果。
