摘要

起搏器是一种植入锁骨附近皮肤下的小型电子装置。起搏器监测心脏的电活动。如果心脏跳动过慢或间隔时间过长,起搏器将提供电脉冲刺激心脏跳动。起搏器本身由一个小盒子(脉冲发生器)和放置在心脏中的一到三根导线组成。本文主要研究基于小波分析和希尔伯特-黄变换的信号处理方法,在心电图信号中发现隐藏的起搏器电脉冲。研究结果有助于延长心脏起搏器电池寿命,减少心脏起搏器患者的刺激疼痛。
