It provides general calculation of all parameters of the solar energy monitoring system and selects parameters for the photovoltaic cells and controller. The results of different algorithms are compared to make the maximum efficiency of the system. Taking Tianjin area as an example, the parameters of photovoltaic cells, the battery, the controller and other important devices are selected for the system.
