Maximum sporophytes efficiency was obtained on KC media supplemented with growth regulators such as 0.5mg/l NAA & 0.5mg/l 2,4-D with 2 sucrose under photoperiod condition. 摘要
传统无性繁殖的孢子活力和萌发力差、生长速度慢是制约重要药用蕨类植物阿苏塞冬离体培养的主要因素。在本研究中,建立了这种濒危蕨类植物通过crozizer体外繁殖的程序。光周期条件下,在KC培养基中添加0.5mg/l NAA和0.5mg/l 2,4- d + 2蔗糖的生长调节剂,孢子体效率最高。在添加生长调节剂的KC培养基上,愈伤组织形成和孢子萌发率最高(33.2%)。
