摘要

地下机车运输是煤矿运输系统的重要组成部分。针对目前机车驱动系统存在的不足,基于混合动力技术设计了一种新型的煤矿井下机车混合动力驱动系统,该系统既能提供充足的动力,又能在不造成严重污染的情况下连续输送。然后,通过混合动力矿用车辆试验台试验,验证了动力性能、驱动循环输出转速、燃油经济性、电池充放电性能和排放性能。结果表明,该混合动力驱动系统的驱动性能能够满足煤矿井下机车的要求,说明该混合动力驱动系统设计合理。
