In this paper, we: (a) introduce an SDN-based integrated network architecture by embedding multiple functional modules that support personalized network services; (b) develop a QoS-aware, adaptive routing mechanism within the suggested network architecture for meeting the QoS requirements of different network services; and (c) we design and implement a packet loss avoidance mechanism for the optimized routing.
