教育是国家之根,民族之希望。中国始终把发展教育作为头等大事,致力于培养和储备各类高素质人才,这当然需要大量的优秀教师。《中国教育和改革发展纲要》明确指出“民族振兴的希望在教育,教育振兴的希望在教师”,由此可见教师的重要地位。高校教师作为教育的传播者,对学生有着重要的影响和引导作用。教师的身份认同和专业发展不仅在其自身的职业生涯中起着关键作用,而且在其日常教学活动中也起着潜移默化的作用。在实践中,如何有效增强教师的专业认同,发挥教师在专业发展中的自主性,值得探讨。
