摘要

本研究的目的是:1)确定和分析工作环境对工作动机的影响。2)找出并分析工作投入对工作动机的影响。3)找出并分析工作环境对绩效的影响。4)找出并分析工作投入对绩效的影响。5)找出并分析工作动机对绩效的影响。6)以工作动机为中介变量,找出并分析工作环境对绩效的影响。7)以工作动机为中介变量,找出并分析工作投入对绩效的影响。本研究的人群均为Mojokerto Regency Puri街道的雇员,共28人。本文的抽样方法采用了人口普查技术。从研究结果可以得出以下结论:1)工作环境对工作动机没有影响。2)工作投入对工作动机有显著影响。3)工作环境对绩效无显著影响。4)工作投入对绩效有显著影响。5)工作动机对绩效有显著影响。6)工作环境对绩效有间接影响,工作动机作为中介变量。7)工作投入对绩效有间接影响,工作动机作为中介变量。
