Designed as a cross-sectional study, this research had a sample of 515 female healthcare workers. Research was conducted from December 2021 to March 2022 on female healthcare workers employed in Ordu province. Data was collected using “Personal Information Forms”, the “Queen Bee Phenomenon Scale”, and “Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire”. SPSS version 23.0 and AMOS 23 statistical package programs were used for data evaluation.
