By using the method of the CAS (complex adaptive system) and CN (Complex Network), the paper designs a new benefit distribution model in LUDP mode. In declaration the quantity and the price of power, the power generation companies and the large users of power participate in a strategic game under the influence of market rules. The LUDP mode intends to attenuate the natural monopoly part. The model is designed by a new network connection und er the physical constraints, which are extracted from the real power system in determining the power quantity of transaction and power price without the monopoly part. The paper discusses the benefit distribution model of a reasonable benefit's distribution in the mode of LUDP. The benefit distribution model gives some insights on managing the monopoly industry from the perspective of the network reconstruction. 摘要
