The year 2021 is marked with the maximum amount of annual precipitation recorded during the whole period of meteorological-climatic measurements, and this fact determined the hydrological regime with rich flows during the year. The aim of the research was to establish the degree of anthropogenic impact of urban settlements on the river under the conditions of a special hydrological regime.
