摘要

基于局部平均分解(LMD)方法分解齿轮箱振动信号过程中的模态混叠现象,提出了一种基于自适应小波分解的ELMD齿轮箱故障诊断方法。首先将高斯白噪声信号混合在振动信号中,然后将LMD信号分解成积函数(PF)分量,并对PF分量进行了频谱分析,模拟信号分解处理结果证明了该方法的有效性。采用基于小波分解的自适应准则确定白噪声的标准差比。最后采用基于自适应小波分解的集合局部平均分解(ELMD)方法对齿轮齿面磨损和断裂故障的保持架振动信号进行PF分解,并对分解后的PF分量进行变焦谱分析,对齿轮箱进行故障诊断,取得了较好的诊断效果。
