The disquisition concludes by orienting readers toward peculiar Marian doctrines that are important for the Palamite synthesis. In fact, these new discoveries are essential for understanding Palamas’ famous doctrine of the essence-energies, as culminating in Palamas’ doctrine of deification and divine vision.
