Based on the expression way of the index system , establish a system of the technical level of the evaluation index system from four dimensions , using fuzzy method with CRITIC method to determine comprehensive weighting of the index , fuzzy matter-element analysis method was used to construct the appraisal model of water supply and drainage monitoring system's technical level. 摘要

为响应中国铁路总公司对我国铁路给排水监控系统技术标准化建设的号召,保障铁路给排水自动监控系统对铁路给排水的支撑作用,反馈给排水自动监控系统现状及技术水平;探索给排水监测系统技术水平的评价方法。在指标体系表达方式的基础上,从四个维度建立了评价指标体系的技术水平体系,采用模糊法结合CRITIC法确定指标的综合权重,采用模糊物元分析法构建了给排水监测系统技术水平评价模型。为铁路给排水监测系统的现状和技术水平评价提供了新的思路,保证铁路给排水技术水平满足监测系统的实际要求,促进铁路给排水监测系统标准化发展。
