Experience in conducting educational geodetic practices distantly in Russia and the Republic of Kazakhstan

The article presents an analysis of the use of remote access programs for conducting training practices in Geodesy with full-time students in distance learning mode in Russia and Kazakhstan. Conducting geodetic practices in the distance learning mode for the last two years, teachers had to master new means of communication for them. The internship program was completed in accordance with the individual task and work schedule for the internship. Passed tests based on the results of training practices show that most of students mastered the competencies defined in the work programs of practices, but the development of theoretical material, familiarity with the design of the instruments and equipment used in online courses does not give a complete understanding of the work of a surveyor.
