The methodology makes it possible to carry out a rational distribution of the forces of the Guard, which will be involved in the performance of official and combat tasks during the occurrence of an emergency situation as a result of an accident at a hydrotechnical structure. It will make it possible to increase the efficiency of decision-making on the use of guard forces due to early planning of actions based on possible options for the development of an emergency situation. Takes into account the performance of everyday service and combat tasks by military units at points of permanent deployment, when engaging personnel to perform tasks caused by the destruction of a hydraulic structure. 摘要

本文提出了一种方法,以证实乌克兰国民警卫队部队在因水工设施事故而发生的紧急情况下执行任务的能力。采用这种方法可以合理分配警卫部队,在水工设施发生事故造成紧急情况时,警卫部队将参与执行公务和战斗任务。这将有可能提高关于使用警卫部队的决策效率,因为可以根据紧急情况发展的可能选择及早规划行动。在雇用人员执行因水工结构破坏而造成的任务时,考虑到军事单位在永久部署地点执行日常服务和战斗任务。它可以在时间有限的情况下缩短决策时间,因为有一种方法可以监测由水利工程设施事故引起的紧急情况的发展,消除这种情况需要乌克兰国民警卫队的力量以及洪水地区的隔离和限制性措施模型(周围环境)。
