摘要

本文提出了一种基于互补裂环谐振器(CSRR)和数字间结构的新型小型化EBG封装盖。所提出的新型EBG封装盖能有效抑制特定频率带宽内的电磁辐射。从单元模块色散曲线分析和三维系统HFSS仿真结果来看,新型EBG封装盖的电磁辐射抑制效果可达9.6dB。仿真结果表明,新型EBG结构具有良好的抑制效果,能有效提高系统的可靠性。
