Among the three groups of patients, OS and DFS (disease free survival) were similar (p> 0.05). There was no relationship between MTHFR polymorphisms and side effects. TPMT polymorphism was not detected among patients receiving maintenance therapy. Conclusion: During maintenance treatment, drug doses should be reduced/delayed. In patients with severe side effects in maintenance therapy, especially in patients with severe mucositis and infection should be treated effectively.
