摘要

分布式发电机以其发电灵活、环保等优点在配电网中得到越来越广泛的应用,给传统的配电网可靠性评估带来了一定的影响。本文根据不同的能源来源和运行特点,建立了常规DG和风力发电机组两种不同的可靠性评估模型。考虑风力发电的间歇性特点,提出了一种利用统计风速信息获取WTG输出的方法。在此基础上,提出了一种改进的最小割集算法来评估含DG配电网的可靠性。最后,通过一个典型的DG配电网的仿真,验证了该方法的有效性。
