T. triangulare contains flavonoid and anthocyanin that have function as antioxidant and cardioprotective. This research was aimed to study and provide information about the effect of shading stress on shoot production and flavonoid content of T. triangulare shoot. This experiment was conducted at Teaching Farm Polytechnic of LPP Yogyakarta, from March until September 2016. The experiment was laid out in randomized block design with single factor. There were two treatments that used in this experiment (without shading and shading). Each treatment was repeated three times. The result showed that shading 82.51% decrease shoot production of T. triangulare. Shading gave b chlorophyll content and chlorophyll b/a ratio higher than without shading. Willd.) merupakan salah satu jenis sayuran fungsional. Tanaman kolesom megandung senyawa flavonoid dan antosianin yang berperan sebagai antioksidan dan cardioprotective. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerangkan respon produksi pucuk dan kandungan flavonoid tanaman kolesom pada pemberian naungan. Percobaan ini dilakukan di Politeknik LPP Yogyakarta, dari bulan Maret sampai September 2016. Percobaan ini menggunakan rancangan acak kelompok faktor tunggal yang terdiri dari dua taraf perlakuan, yaitu tanpa naungan dan naungan paranet. Setiap perlakuan diulang tiga kali sehingga total terdapat enam satuan percobaan. Pemberian naungan paranet 82.51% menurunkan produksi pucuk kolesom. Kandungan klorofil b dan nisbah klorofil b/a pucuk kolesom yang ternaungi lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan tanpa naungan. Naungan meningkatkan kandungan total flavonoid. 摘要
