Their reliability by Alpha –Cronbach were more than 0.70. For analyzing data Structural Equation Modeling with maximum partial squares method used. Results: The results of the Structural Model show that the power resources of managers with the personality traits of entrepreneur ship nurses (β = 0.259, Sig = 0.004) and their organizational justice perception (β = 0.521, Sig = 0.001) have a positive and significant relationship.
