The study was conducted through the use of engineering tools that diagnosed the current situation and the causes of the problem. Consequently, the techniques to implement are 5's, TPM, Six Sigma and Poka Yoke aiming to reduce defective products, unproductive times and machine downtime in order to improve the level of productivity.
