At the same time, summarizing the problems existing in current tourism e-commerce is mainly manifested in: low security of tourism e-commerce; lack of personalized services for tourism e-commerce and lack of public understanding of tourism e-commerce. Finally, the future development trend of China’s tourism e-commerce is proposed, that is, e-commerce companies will develop in the direction of two polarizations. 摘要

利用互联网技术已经成为提供旅游服务的一种新方式。这也是中国旅游业发展的新方向。随着技术、管理、品牌等要素的不断完善,中国旅游电子商务的发展也逐渐加快。本文在分析中国旅游电子商务现状的基础上得出结论,当前中国旅游电子商务交易规模不断扩大,网站呈现多元化的快速发展,移动端已成为优势的主要形式。同时,总结当前旅游电子商务存在的问题主要表现在:旅游电子商务安全性低;旅游电子商务缺乏个性化服务,公众对旅游电子商务的认识不足。最后,提出了中国旅游电子商务未来的发展趋势,即电子商务企业将向两极化方向发展。中小旅游电商的合作模式将更好地引导消费者创造旅游产品。
