Development of Online-Course Application Services (Lao-Courses) Android-Based on Courses and Training Institutions

Non-formal education functions as a substitute, addition, and/or complement to formal education. Courses and Training Institutions are organized for people who need knowledge; skills, life skills. Currently, the world is faced with the phenomenon of digital disruption. The era of disruption also "forces" the digitalization of the education system. Courses and training programs are required to innovate in the implementation of courses and training programs. The innovation implemented is to develop an Android-based online application service (LAO-Kursus) which integrates educational services with information and communication technology. The results of expert validation were declared to meet the validity criteria, the results of the practicality test through the instrument had a very high level of satisfaction. The LAO-Course android-based course gives an alternative for students to search for and register in Course and Training Institute and packages of courses and training programs offered via smartphones before deciding to join in the study. The results of this study indicate that the Online Application Service (LAO-Kursus) is valid and practical.
