摘要

为了改善步进电机的负载特性,充分发挥步进电机的潜在性能,实现更高的性能,研制了一种步进控制系统。以高速单片机为主的控制器,增强型并口(EPP)作为通信接口,现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)实现脉冲信号发生器,利用PC机丰富的资源,将消息驱动的Windows系统思维应用于单片机程序开发,实现了对阶进脉冲信号进行连续、稳定、可调的联动插补和模块化系统软件。实验表明,该控制系统对焊缝进行扫描跟踪控制,运动速度可达0.5 m/s,速度误差小于5%,焊缝检测偏差小于1mm。它不仅具有定位准确、实时性可靠、控制灵活、跑速广、抗干扰性能强、人机界面方便,而且具有良好的适应性和自我保护能力,提高了驾驶员的稳定性和可靠性。
