Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah uji intrumen penelitian,uji prayarat analisis, uji keberhasilan koefisien regresi, pengujian hipotesis statistik . Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Berdasarkan nilai tNhitung. (2.632) > tNtabel (2.01174) danNnilai Signifikansi 0,011N>N0,05 maka H01 ditolak dan H11 diterima, berarti terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja guru di SMKN 2 Tulungagung; Oleh hasil nilai t hitung (0,885) < t tabel (2.01174) dan nilai Signifikansi 0,381 > 0,05 maka H12 ditolak dan H02 diterima, berarti tidak terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan managerial kepala sekolah terhadapNkinerja guru di SMKN 2 Tulungagung; Berdasarkan hasil uji FNdapat disimpulkanNbahwa terdapatNpengaruh positif danNsignifikan dariNvariabel gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan manajerial kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru di SMKN 2 Tulungagung, hal ini berdasarkan nilai FNhitung (10,434) > F tabel (3,19)  an nilaiNSignifikan 0,000 < 0,05 maka H03 ditolak dan H13 diterima.   \nKata-kunci: KinerjaoGuru, Managerial, Gaya Kepemimpinan \n  \nAbstractThe main problem is thatateachers have the ability to_be ableEto teach andAguide students to achieve educational goals. The data collection_used isAa questionnaire method in theOform of aAquestionnaire. The analytical method used is the research instrument test, prayer analysis test, regression coefficient successAtest, statistical hypothesis testing.
