A kefir-based drink of water and fruits and / or vegetables, such as ginger and orange, has sensory appeal as well as functional claims concerning consumer health. The objective of this work was to develop a beverage, elaborated based on kefir of water, flavored with orange juice and ginger. For the preparation of the drink were used water kefir, organic orange juice, brown sugar and ginger. Of the people who evaluated the beverage, 53% liked the product a lot / a lot, of which 50% would surely buy the same.
