Enhanced field emission from ZnO-CNTs composite emitters with CsI nanoparticles
CsI nanoparticles were introduced to ZnO-CNTs composite field emitters through screen-printing process. Enhanced field emission properties were obtaind after coating or mixing CsI during ZnO-CNTs composite emitters fabrication.
