Results: Serum gamma glutamyl transferase enzyme levels was found higher in patients with sepsis-induced acute renal injury than healthy volunteers. There was no significant difference between the groups according to Acute Kidney Injury Network (AKIN) staging (p=0.09). 摘要

目的:探讨重症监护病房患者血清γ -谷氨酰转移酶水平与脓毒症急性肾损伤早期诊断的关系。材料与方法:本回顾性研究共纳入251名受试者。1组134例脓毒症致急性肾损伤患者,2组117例健康志愿者。结果:脓毒症急性肾损伤患者血清γ -谷氨酰转移酶水平高于健康志愿者。两组间急性肾损伤网络(AKIN)分期差异无统计学意义(p=0.09)。结论:血清谷氨酰转移酶高水平可用于脓毒症患者急性肾损伤的早期检测。
