A total of 106 respondents were selected using simple random sampling. A questionnaire was used as a research instrument to collect data from respondents. 摘要

目的-了解MNC Play在万隆的客户的转换成本水平和客户转换行为的描述。设计/方法/方法-本研究的设计是横断面方法。本研究采用横断面法的描述性研究方法。采用简单随机抽样的方法,选取了106名调查对象。问卷调查是一种研究工具,从受访者收集数据。所使用的分析技术是验证技术和描述技术。结果显示,转换成本属于足够好类别,而客户转换行为属于足够好类别。原创性/价值-本研究的差异在于对象研究,时间研究,测量工具,使用的文献,使用的理论和研究结果
