摘要

本文根据雷达吸波涂层易磁化的物理特性,结合钛合金基板涂层标准样品的实验数据,建立了基于磁力的吸波厚度测量模型。采用最小二乘法对钛合金基体涂层标准试样测厚实验数据进行拟合。开发了一种基于STM32单片机的测厚传感器,解决了传统无线设计无法平衡传输距离、抗干扰性和功耗的问题。在此基础上,开发了基于WinCE 6.0的厚度测量软件,并进行了测量实验。实验结果表明,该磁力测厚系统结构简单,软件可靠性高。
