This review paper will review these ideas dividing by their specification, size and compatibility. All the reviews of researchers done recently will be discussed here broadly. The techniques mostly used for black box previously were EDR (Event Data Recorder) and ADR (Accident Data Recorder). After more researches, more techniques were added with GPS (Global Positioning System) and GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite System), SMS (Short Message Service) system, Arduino controller, RPI (Raspberry Pi Controller), GSM (Global System for Mobile Communications) and many more. These techniques are used to detect the location of the vehicles; if accident occurs it will detect the cause and keep the records how it occurs, it will also send the exact location to the nearest hospitals or police stations to deduce deaths and save more lives. Most of them can be used in any form of vehicles.
