Permanently increased frequency of occurrence of cytopathologically altered leukocytes was observed in peripheral blood in irradiated animals as well as certain disorder of erythropoietic system. At the end of period followed the splenomegalia accompanied with marked macroscopic and microscopic changes was occurred.
