In Vietnam, this form of education has existed for a long time. In addition to the universities’ efforts, the State and the educational management institutions of Vietnam always encourage and invest in this type of education. However, in fact, this type of education shows ineffectiveness in the implementation process and increasingly receives low credibility from the learners. Seeing this inadequacy, the authors have conducted a research to explore and analyze the main causes leading to the ineffectiveness of distance training at public universities in Vietnam. 摘要

远程教育在世界上是一种流行的教育形式,并且已经证明了它的突出优点。在越南,这种教育形式已经存在了很长时间。为适应现代教育模式的要求,远程教育在课程、内容、开展方式等方面都进行了大量的创新。除了大学的努力外,越南国家和教育管理机构一直鼓励和投资这种类型的教育。然而,事实上,这种教育在实施过程中表现出低效,越来越不受学习者的信任。鉴于这一不足,作者进行了一项研究,探讨和分析了导致越南公立大学远程培训无效的主要原因。本研究的结果为高校调整和提高远程培训的有效性提供了数据和信息依据。
