Universities deal with a twofold task: training students to work in high-tech industries and the employee qualifications continuous development at industrial enterprises. Rapid technological changes lead to a negative synergetic effect and a problem of high-quality education: lack of teaching expertise leads to insufficient employee readiness to work in new conditions. To solve this problem, we suggest introducing a combination of online and offline means to train engineers and academic staff of technical departments.
